How to celebrate National Walking Day 2023

National Walk Day falls on the first Wednesday in April every year, and this year it falls on April 5. As the name suggests, National Walking Day is a day to celebrate becoming your healthiest version of yourself in the simplest possible way.

Walking for 30 to 60 minutes a day may sound like a small thing, but research shows it can dramatically improve your health and even prevent diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and heart disease.
